EU/EEA/UK Refund Policy

14-Day Right of Withdrawal (Cooling-Off Period) for EU, EEA, and UK Customers

If you are a customer located in the European Union (EU), the European Economic Area (EEA), or the United Kingdom (UK), you have the right to withdraw from your contract without giving any reason within 14 days from:

  • The day you receive the goods, or
  • The day you conclude the service contract.

Within this 14-day period, you may cancel your order and return the goods.

Conditions for Return

Returned items should ideally be in their original condition, unused, with tags attached, and in their original packaging.

You are allowed to open the packaging and inspect the goods to an extent necessary to ascertain their nature, characteristics, and functioning, similar to how you would in a physical store (e.g., trying on clothing). However, returns may not be accepted, or the amount refunded may be reduced, if the goods show signs of excessive use beyond what is necessary for inspection, or if they are damaged. Proof of purchase (such as your order confirmation or invoice) is usually required for returns.

Return Shipping Costs

Unless we have notified you otherwise in advance, you will generally be responsible for the cost of returning the goods.

However, if the product is defective, damaged, or incorrect due to our error, we will cover the return shipping costs.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.   

If your return is approved, we will process the refund within 14 days from the day we receive your notification of withdrawal. However, we may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.   

The refund will include the cost of the goods and the standard outbound shipping cost you paid. Please note that if you chose a more expensive shipping method than the standard option offered, the additional cost will not be refunded.

Refunds are typically issued to your original method of payment. Please be aware that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and reflect the refund in your account.
